The Villa

Casa Helena is a beautiful, spacious family-friendly four double bedroom villa. It is an artists residence and has been recently redesigned. It is well appointed, tastefully and comfortably furnished with and decorated with authentically Moorish/Ibizan influences. It is set in a scenic tranquil green space on a quiet road within a 20 minute walk to Moraira and the beaches.

Pool Area

The private swimming pool is easily accessible with Roman steps entering into the very shallow end of the pool. The whole pool area can be floodlit at night, which makes the outside seating area adjacent to the pool a very relaxing spot for evening drinks. 

The pool is slightly elevated from this seating area with four steps up to it and with the added security of a gate, making it suitable for parties with toddlers.

The pool area and the villa as a whole is very private and not overlooked by any other properties.

Luxury Accommodation

The villa is laid out over 2 floors. On the upper floor are 3 double bedrooms: a lovely spacious master (ensuite) bedroom featuring a huge arched feature window with spectacular views towards Moraira over the hills; two further pretty double bedrooms (each with Aircon units) served by a family bathroom are found off a large open plan lounge. The lounge has a lovely imposing Ibiza style feature fire place and is equipped with TV and music system.  Patio doors open onto a sun-trap terrace with scenic views towards Moraira and the sea.

A well-equipped modern kitchen and authentic dining area lead out to a large Ibizan-style covered seating area with natural stone terraces.  This is adjacent to the lovely swimming pool and sun terrace.

Newly installed for 2022, high speed fibre optic internet offers an international TV package with Freeview, sports, films, news and much more in English and several other languages as well as Spanish TV. There is a chromecast for streaming Netflix etc.

Separate Apartment

On the lower level there is a separate self contained one-double-bedroom apartment which is included in your rental. This has its own ensuite shower room, a gorgeous authentic open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area with natural stone features, a large TV, a large covered terrace with comfy seating and dining table and a secluded private garden.

At mid level there is a well-equipped outdoor summer kitchen seating 10 comfortably for family dining and socialising (note there are also 2 high chairs).  Also on this level there are sunbathing terraces with shade sails, BBQ/Paella station and table tennis table.

During the winter season (November-March) this apartment can be rented by the month for €1,000 pm + electricity. Please contact us for details.

Outside Space

The gardens and gated pool are peaceful, secure and beautifully floodlit at night, as well as offering spectacular views from all around the villa, and ocean glimpses from the newly appointed roof terrace (new in 2022).  

The villa is situated only a short 20 minute walk to the beach and Moraira town centre, and just 5 minutes from the Boutique Swiss Hotel where you can stroll to enjoy evening cocktails or dinner. 

There is parking on the driveway for 3 cars.

A few other important notes

1. The villa holds a tourist license for a maximum no. of 8 guests plus 2 babies under 2 years old, sleeping in cots (provided). Temporary beds or put up beds for extra people are not permitted. The Tourist Licence, Fire Regulations and Insurance do not permit extra guests. The villa manager has the right to check on the number of guests staying at any time.  All guests must be registered at check in. The Booking Form must be filled in showing each guests date of birth and gender.

2. There is a CLEANING/change over CHARGE of €250 to be paid to the cleaner in cash at the end of your stay. This includes the linen and towels. Pool towels are available but must be washed before departure by the guests.

These charges are not included in your booking and must be paid in cash in resort.

3. Electricity is included Up to €50 per week. Extra usage will be charged at cost.
